KERRICK Industrial Equipment manufactures & supplies a range of heavy duty Cold Water Petrol Water Blasters to suit a wide variety of applications. We supply tough machines that get real results. Our Cold Water Petrol Water Blasters are manufactured to meet the high standards of Australia’s professional contracting, building, hire & plumbing industries. In addition to our standard product range KERRICK Industrial Equipment can custom build pressure cleaners with flows of up to 200 litres+ per minute that can be skid, trailer, truck or ute mounted.

• FIREBOX 350 PRESSURE WASHER BOILER SYSTEM: Our mobile water heater is able to heat to 140°C. Ideal to turn your 5000psi cold water pressure cleaner into a hot water machine. Features include: A double turn coil made from steel tubing, treated with high temperature paints; New high efficiency, long life, weld-free boiler manufactured completely in stainless steel; & an electric control panel with on-off switch & thermostat. The cover & trolley are made from painted sheet metal & the Firebox 350 has great safety devices such as a check valve, safety valve & flow meter to check for the absence of water. This unit has popular applications in agriculture, industrial manufacturing & also construction.
• 12 VOLT BOILER SYSTEM FOR PRESSURE WASHERS: This 12 volt hot water pressure cleaning system has been developed for the contracting & industrial markets where the demands of remote work can be an issue. Practically designed the 12 Volt Boiler heats water up to 120°C, has an electric start engine & 3000psi Hawk pump with a flow of 17 l/min. The unit is protected by a galvanised crash style frame & can be used as a stationary unit or mounted onto trucks, utes & trailers.
• RHINO HOT WATER PRESSURE CLEANER SINGLE PHASE 1750psi: Although the “baby” of the Hotshot family, the Rhino packs plenty of punch with 1750psi & a flow rate of 11 l/min. Like the Hippo & the Jumbo this high pressure cleaner is built with a powder coated steel frame & is designed to give easy access for maintenance. The stainless steel cover gives long lasting protection to your investment & the low speed Interpump ceramic plunger pump offers much longer operational life than older style high speed machines. This hot water pressure cleaner is now a firm favourite with the hire industry.
• HOTSHOT HOT WATER PRESSURE CLEANER SINGLE PHASE 1740psi: The diesel fired burner delivers hot water up to 150°C within 90 seconds ideal for the removal of grease, oils, sugars & fats. Cold water pressure cleaners tend to leave a greasy film which can only be removed with harsh degreases – this hot water pressure cleaner eliminates the need for harsh chemicals. This unit has numerous safety features including: TTS – System with Pump-Off 40 second, 24 volt controls, earth leakage recognition, low water cut off, low fuel cut off & flame-monitor with Photo-Cell.
• HOTSHOT HOT WATER PRESSURE CLEANER 3 PHASE 3350psi: Designed for heavy industrial pressure cleaning applications, this machine packs a huge 10 horse power punch which will easily cope with the most demanding pressure washing jobs. The powder coated steel chassis with impact resistant cover ensure your pressure cleaner is protected. The large fuel & detergent tanks are transparent to allow visual control & prevent unnecessary & annoying stoppages. • HIPPO HOT WATER PRESSURE WASHER 3 PHASE 2910psi: The Hippo is a mid-sized hot water pressure cleaner that heats water up to 100°C to quickly cut through dirt & grease. The Hippo has a powder coated steel frame & is designed to give easy access for maintenance.
