MINEMAC Chainsaw

MINEMAC Air Powered Chainsaw is specifically designed & manufactured for underground coalmines. Manufactured from steel utilizing a lightweight design & incorporating a full length chain & tip guard as recommended by Australian Government Mines Departments.

  • CHASSIS: Manufactured from steel with special lightweight & increased strength design
  • MOTOR: New tangential vane high torque motore for simplicity & reliability. Cast iron & rugged construction throughout
  • CONTROL: Simpler reliable trigger operated valve with lock to prevent accidental operation. Material has Mines Approval No. CMJ5030
  • SAFETY GUARDS: Full length chain guard & tip guard as recommended by the NSW Mines Department & supplied as standard
  • EXHAUST: Silenced by plenum chamber & used to lubricate chain & clear sprocket cover of cuttings
  • OPTIONS:
    • Tungsten tipped chain for Coal sampling
    • Piped exhaust for underwater operation
    • Cutter bar length from 275mm to 800mm
    • Hydraulic motor models built to order
